Alex Anthony (Chair): Alex is an irrigator in the Moulamein district and has been actively involved in water, industry and community issues for a number of years. She recently resigned from the Board of Murray Irrigation Ltd when she was appointed as Chair of the Murray Catchment Management Board. Until recently, Alex has been a member of the Murray Darling Basin Commission’s Community Advisory Committee.

Sally Dye: Sally is a landholder on the Edward River between Deniliquin and Moulamein where she and her husband dryland graze sheep and produce irrigated crops. She has a long standing interest in all natural resource management issues through both local government and community groups, and believes that for successful environmental outcomes to be achieved it is essential to have planning at a local level to engage stakeholders, and then to ensure practical and equitable implementation. She was a member of the original Murray CMA Local Establishment Team and her particular interests lie with biodiversity, threatened species and river health.

Tim Sheed : Tim works as a consultant based in Jerilderie and worked as a chief engineer in commercial radio broadcasting before studying Agricultural science and managing the family property at Jerilderie. Tim is active in the Jerilderie area and is a Councilor on the Jerilderie Shire Council. He also has a strong interest in regional development holding positions on various Regional and State committees.
Appointed to Board in November 2005.

Brian Sharp: Brian has been involved in Natural Resource Management for a number of years including the NSW Murray Catchment Committee, the Murray Catchment Management Board, the Central Murray Floodplain Management Committee, Gulpa Creek Management Committee and Moama Floodplain Management Committee. Brian is currently a member of the Murray Darling Association and served as President for three years. He is a former executive member of the NSW Shires Association.

Jonathon Howard: Jonathon owns a small farm in Jindera. He is employed as a lecturer at Charles Sturt University. His research interest and teaching focuses on the social psychology of water management including catchment management and community education. His research on fairness and justice in water planning is often cited by the National Water Commission and he provides advice to a number of organisations such as Tri-State Water Quality Council in Idaho on water management issues.

Judy Wettenhall: Judy is from the eastern area of the Murray catchment and has had a life-long association and interest in the land. She and her husband run a mixed farming business in the Holbrook area where they have implemented various resource management initiatives in conjunction with the Holbrook Landcare group. Mrs Wettenhall has been an active member of the local community and contributes to a number of community organisations.

Angus Macneil: Angus, a farmer from the Rand district, has extensive experience in community leadership roles. He has represented the farming sector at local, state and national levels. He has a solid understanding of the catchment issues and has adopted many innovative ideas within his farming business. He was the inaugural Chair of the Rand Walbundrie Billabong Creek Landcare group.
